Is there a cloaking facility or are lockers available?

No, unfortunately there are no lockers or cloak facilities available. 

Where can I park when I visit Sydney Wildlife World?

Park at any of the following 3 Secure Parking locations and pay only $10 every day of the week*:

  • 383 Kent Street – Enter & Exit off Kent or Sussex Street Sydney Website
  • Market Street – Enter & Exit off Sussex Street Sydney Website
  • 321 Kent Street – Enter & Exit off Sussex Street Sydney Website

All 3 car parks are open 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

Important note: To receive this discount you need to get your parking ticket validated at the Sydney Wildlife World Admissions counter. There are no full time on-site parking attendants at any of the car parks, so if your parking ticket is not validated the discount rate will not apply. This discount only applies to the car parks specified.

Can I hire baby strollers?

Yes. We're offer strollers for hire at $6 each.
 
Do you accept traveller’s cheques?

Yes, but your passport must be shown as a verification of identification. 

Are there baby change facilities?

Yes, they are located in the foyer toilet area. 

Where is Sydney Wildlife World located and how do I get there?

Sydney Wildlife World is located in the heart of the city, next to Sydney Aquarium, between Cockle Bay and King Street Wharf.

Is Sydney Wildlife World wheel chair accessible?

Yes, Sydney Wildlife World is built to be fully wheel chair accessible.  Wheelchairs are available to hire (2hr limit) with a $50 deposit, $40 of which is returned when the wheelchair is returned in it's original condition.

What happens if its raining when I visit?

For your comfort, Sydney Wildlife World is fully air-conditioned facility. Built as an all weather attraction, with the public space enclosed, Sydney Wildlife World is great for rainy days, hot days, windy days, in fact, any day!
 
When can I visit Sydney Wildlife World?

Sydney Wildlife World is open 9am – 5pm every day of the year*. Please note that tickets purchased on-site after 4pm are valid for entry until 12 noon the following day. The opening and closing times of Sydney Wildlife World are subject to change without prior notice.

Do student rates apply to non-Australian students?

Yes, but you must present a valid Student Card upon your ticket purchase. 

What age are 'children'?

Children are classified between 4 - 15 years old. Children under the age of 4 years old are free.
